  • You should always have proper breakfast. Not having breakfast will make your body assume you are starving and as a protective measure will lower down your metabolism.

  • It is recommended that you drink as much as water as you can (preferably 60 ounces) in a day. Our metabolism requires lot of water to function smoothly.

  • Lastly, strictly avoid taking any form of pills, powder or any form of weight loss drugs unless advised by your doctor or pharmacist. You need to work it out to loose that extra fat in the body.
